Beautiful riverfront private property across the street from the ocean! Enjoy the property that offers the best of both worlds! Catch a beautiful sunset on the river from your private patio or living room sofa and early risers can watch the sunrise on the ocean! Fish from the private dock, watch the dolphins play, enjoy a rocket launch, and rent kayaks and paddle-boards nearby! Our beach has no public parking, so you can avoid the crowds!

If you have more than 10 guests consider renting our two riverfront units (2BD). With all 3 units, we can easily accommodate 20 people. The riverfront units are also listed with Airbnb, and you can see them under Holly’s other listings.
